Introduction

This Policy sets out the obligations of Boiler Recycle Direct Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales under number 11482087, whose registered office is at Unit 2 – Guide Business Park, School Lane, Blackburn, Lancashire, BB1 2QH (“the Company”) regarding data protection and the rights of customers (“data subjects”) in respect of their personal data under EU Regulation 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).
