How do I track my order?

 

Depending on the size and weight of the item, we ship the products via Royal Mail or DPD. Tracking information for both services is available on request – please contact us on the details provided above to obtain your tracking number.

How can I cancel or change my order?

 

If you need to change or cancel your order, please cantact us on the details provided above as soon as possible.

You can change your order, at no extra charge, at any time before the item has been dispatched. Once the item has has left our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes. You have the right to return the product, if it is unopened, but this may incur a re-stocking fee.

How long will it take to get my package?

 

Please allow 2-3 working days, from the day you ordered, for your package to be delivered. All items purchased before 3:00pm are dispatched on the same day, orders received after 3:00pm are dispatched on the next working day.

What shipping methods are available?

 

All items are shipped via First Class Recorded delivery, unless Next Day Delivery is specified when the order is placed.

Standard Delivery: 2-3 working days

Next Day Delivery: 1 working day

All items purchased before 4:00pm are dispatched on the same same day, orders received after 3:00pm are dispatched on the next working day.

Do you provide any warranty?

 

Yes, all new parts come with a 1 Year Manufacturers Warranty as standard. All of our used parts come with our own 12 Months Replacement Warranty, so if your part should fail within 12 months of the purchase date, we will swap it with a replacement part (subject to availability). You will need to return the faulty part back to us, within 12months from the date of purchase, to qualify for the 12 months Replacement Warranty.

Do you ship internationally?
